Miami’s skyline is changing all the time. Just look at this side-by-side comparison of Brickell in 2014 versus 2023.

Car-branded condos and hotels are the latest fad in Miami’s real estate world, with new projects on the way from the likes of Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin.

The latest, from Italian supercar maker Pagani, was announced yesterday for North Bay Village. The world’s first Pagani Residences, at 7940 West Drive, is a partnership with Miami-based developer Riviera Horizons. The 28-story condominium project will house just 70 luxury residences, with prices starting at $2.4 million. (Only 400 people in the world own a Pagani car, the company says.)

Last week, Mercedes announced plans for a 67-story Brickell condo and hotel project at 191 SW 12th St. in partnership with JDS Development.

Sunny Isles Beach already has the 649-foot Porsche Design Tower, which has 132 units and three car elevators, courtesy of Porsche Design and Dezer Development.

The Aston Martin Residences, the 391-unit sail-shaped condo building coming to downtown Miami in collaboration with G&G Business Developments, is nearing completion at 300 Biscayne Blvd. Way.

Dezer also broke ground last week on the 749-foot Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles. It will also feature four car elevators, aka Dezervators, and 216 condo units.
