The developer of the three-tower Miami Riverbridge megaproject has revealed details on when they plan to obtain a construction permit and break ground.

The first phase of the project will include an 87-story (1,044 feet) supertall tower and another 62-story (734 feet) tower attached by skybridge.

Representatives of the developer told the Miami River Commission that they anticipate having a construction permit complete the review process in summer 2025, and plan to break ground two months later.

Completion of the first two towers, including the supertall, is planned in 2028.

The third tower will break ground later. It will rise 52 stories (636 feet), and will be completed in 2029.

The three towers will have 1,342 multifamily units, 264 apartment-hotel units, 615 hotel keys, 100,000 square feet commercial, and 1,180 parking spaces.

The Miami River Commission voted unanimously to approve the proposal at a March 4 meeting.
