Building Maintenance and Operations

  • On Call 24/7 for all maintenance emergencies
  • Schedule preventative maintenance for all mechanical equipment and roof
  • Schedule licensed and insured vendors to perform all maintenance and repair work
  • Project Management services for building upgrades and interior unit upgrades
  • Send out RFP to vendors for proposals of monthly maintenance and also one time project over $500.00
