Law Firm Opens 18,000 SF Office On Brickell

Baker McKenzie has expanded its Miami presence with a new 18,000-square-foot office at 830 Brickell, a premier office tower in the city’s financial district.

The new space will accommodate 45 lawyers and business professionals specializing in corporate law, taxation, wealth management, investigations, litigation, arbitration, international trade, and global migration.

The firm initially secured its spot in 830 Brickell in August 2022.

Headquartered in Chicago with offices worldwide, Baker McKenzie has maintained a presence in South Florida since 1984. Its Miami branch, which includes a Latin America Practice section, previously operated out of Sabadell Financial Center at 1111 Brickell.

Developed by OKO Group and Cain International, the 55-story 830 Brickell is the first office tower built in the area since 2010. Since breaking ground in 2019, the building has attracted high-profile tenants such as Microsoft, Thoma Bravo, Santander Bank, A-CAP, Banco Master, and CI Financial subsidiary Corient.
