Developer Proposes $87M Project In North Miami

Continua Group has proposed a 12-story apartment building in North Miami.

 The Key Biscayne-based developer, through affiliate 1150 NoMi LLC, acquired the 1.3-acre site at 1150 N.E. 125th St. for $7.59 million in 2022. It has a small office building, which would be demolished.

Under the proposal, 1150 NoMi would total 342,299 square feet, with 195 apartments, 9,502 square feet of commercial space and 274 parking spaces. There would be a business center on the ground floor and an amenity deck on the fourth floor featuring a pool, a turf area, a garden, a social room, a gym and a media room. The ground level would include cantilever canopy overhangs for pedestrians.
