‘Landmark Development That Will Redefine Skyline’ Planned In Brickell

Developer Oak Row Equities and Mariposa Real Estate have announced a significant agreement to acquire a prime property in Brickell, with plans for a major development.

Once the deal is finalized, the $520 million acquisition will become the largest land transaction in Miami’s history.

The project will feature ultra-luxury condominiums and is set to make a major impact on the city’s skyline.

Oak Row envisions the development as “a landmark that will reshape Miami’s skyline and set a new standard for urban luxury,” according to a statement from the company.

The property will allow for the construction of several towers, with the potential to reach a supertall height of up to 1,049 feet. Zoning regulations permit over three million square feet of development on the site.

Erik Rutter, Managing Partner at Oak Row Equities, remarked, “The Brickell Bay Drive assemblage offers a rare chance to create a transformative project in one of Miami’s most dynamic submarkets.”

David Weitz, also a Managing Partner at Oak Row, added, “We plan to work with top-tier talent to bring our vision to life.”

The deal is expected to close fully by the fourth quarter of 2025.
