The development is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2029 and is being developed by Miami-based DaGrosa Capital Development Partners, with ISG World leading sales efforts. Located at 3801 and 3883 Biscayne Boulevard, the project will feature two 20-story towers containing 132 condominium residences, along with six townhomes and 17 guest suites. The residences will offer two- to four-bedroom layouts ranging from approximately 2,100 to 3,100 square feet, with total living areas reaching up to 3,700 square feet. Each unit will include terraces with views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami.

“Miami is where timeless luxury and visionary development come together at the highest level, making it the perfect setting to introduce Europe’s oldest luxury hospitality brand,” said Kempinski Group CEO Barbara Muckermann. “Our philosophy of ‘The Good Life’ will deliver an elevated urban lifestyle that celebrates culture, connection and authentic living, supported by our European elegance, design and renowned service.”

Amenities will include a third-floor amenity bridge featuring a fitness center, spa, lap pool, cold plunge, saunas and outdoor training areas. Residents will also have access to a restaurant with terrace seating, private dining salons, a library, screening room and golf and Formula 1 simulator rooms. Family-friendly features will include children’s playrooms, splash pads, shaded play areas and a padel court.

“Kempinski brings a unique level of service and refinement to Miami’s branded residential market,” said ISG World CEO Craig Studnicky. “Luxury buyers today appreciate great design, but Kempinski stands apart through its heritage of personalized service and meticulous attention to detail. Combined with the creative energy of the Design District, this development offers something truly compelling for the market.”
