Developed by Miami-based neuroscience researcher Dr. Ryan Worthen, the tool brings 144 major development projects to life in 3D. Each building is modeled using official architectural plans released by developers, offering an unparalleled level of accuracy.
The visualizations are available as three separate scenery add-on packs for Microsoft Flight Simulator, produced by Worthen Core Designs, a data visualization firm founded by Dr. Worthen.
- Under Construction Pack: Features 24 buildings currently rising in the city, including Cipriani Residences, Baccarat Residences, Mercedes-Benz Places, the Waldorf Astoria supertall, and Okan Tower.
