Originally unveiled in March 2024, the project broke ground in May 2025. One Twenty Brickell is notable for offering deeded office spaces to residents, spanning floors 2 through 12—an uncommon feature in Miami’s condo market.
In April, PMG announced it had secured $413 million in construction financing to support the development of both One Twenty Brickell Residences and a neighboring 41-story multifamily tower. The two towers will share a podium base.
